Electromechanical Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Create electrical drawings for new LED product designs. Use SolidWorks to generate solid models and drawings.

  • Create mechanical drawings for new products moving into manufacturing. Use SolidWorks and other CAD software in performing this task.

  • Evaluate electromechanical systems and design solutions to improve their capability, performance and/or reliability. Evaluate PCB vendors for sourcing raw material for the new product designs.

  • Document control. Organize drawing files in Agile during the product development stages.

  • Update existing drawings according to new requirements.

  • Investigate on better PCB design solutions for improved thermal management. Assure system performance by installing, testing and debugging newly designed improvements.

  • Communicate and align with company’s other locations on the design specifications and new product manufacturing process.

  • Generate models of new concept/idea to communicate to the management.

Job requirement:

  • Must possess Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
