Key Account Manager, South China

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the RSM, South Chia, this position will be responsible for driving a regional revenue growth for South China in line with China revenue objective. The person is responsible for developing strategic key Account relationships in the region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define regional specific market requirements, product definitions and sales strategies
  • Acquire targeted new accounts aligned with key market segments and value propositions. Lead design-in effort and manage cross-functional activities to win customers.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationship via both top-down and bottom-up.  
  • Penetrate strategic accounts and work with distributors to develop account penetration plans
  • Develop monthly and quarterly demand forecasts
  • Obtain specific knowledge of competitive products and drive product strategy discussions
  • Participate in conferences and trade shows to evangelize Bridgelux products

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • BS in ME, EE or related field
  • Seven years of related experience in solid state lighting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the lighting market and customer base
  • Strong decision making and channel management skills
  • Proven problem solving abilities
  • Good understanding of both English and Chinese
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written
