JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting and performing the design and development
of next generation LED chip products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Testing the performance of the light emitting diodes (LED’s)
• Characterization measurements, LED chip production data
analysis and report
• Setting up parts and supporting the reliability and burn-in
testing
• Responsible for building LED package
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• AS degree in EE, Materials Science or another applicable
field preferred, but no minimum requirement
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a semiconductor device
testing technician prefer in LED or other photo-electronics devices
• Understanding of the semiconductor device assembly processes,
such as die attach, wire bond, cleaning, etc.
• Microsoft Office skills specially Excel and Database
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a
positive attitude.
