JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for leading the reliability and failure analysis test
plans of new product development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Determine products life expectancy and with statistical
confidence determine failure rates
• Responsible for finding failure modes of devices
• Work closely with project leaders and manufacturing team
• Management of the reliability lab, both equipment and resources
• Improvement, expansion and optimization of test fixtures
and stressing methods for new product introductions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• BS in Physics, EE, Materials Science or another applicable
field
• MS or PHD preferred
• Minimum of 3 years as reliability and failure analysis
engineer for high power packages
• Experience in LED packaging a plus
• Demonstrated project planning and management skills
a must
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with
a positive attitude
