JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the success of programs by creating/managing project
plans and ensure project life cycle is executed according to plan.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plans and coordinates the overall execution strategy
of assigned programs ensuring quality, budget compliance and the
timely completion based on company requirements
• Proactively drives programs from design to release
with a sense of urgency
• Works closely with department heads to ensure program
objectives are met
• Develop and implement program work plan based on company
strategy
• Make and/or recommend operational decisions to ensure
barriers are overcome in a timely fashion
• Organize regularly scheduled meetings with the resources
necessary to ensure consistent communication and consensus understanding
of current state, potential obstacles and deadlines which improve
team performance
• Work with cross-functional teams identifying resources
necessary for plan achievement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred
• Formal certification in project management is strongly
preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Program/Project
Manager
• Experience in guiding and managing multiple projects
simultaneously
• Proven ability to resolve difficult problems which
may have conflicting priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with
a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
