JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the design and development of next generation
LED/Phosphor products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for building parts on the pilot line
• Design of experiments (DOE) to enable the finalization
of materials and processes
• Testing the performance of the light emitting diodes
(LED’s)
• Use equipment for the measurement of color temperature
(CCT) and color rendering index (CRI)
• Mixing and curing of phosphor/silicone gel
• Optimize the color temperature of devices by adjusting
phosphor mixtures
• Record data in a logical and clear format
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• BS in Physics, EE, Materials Science or another applicable
field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a high power package
technician
• Experience with silicone lens molding and curing on
a semiconductor substrate a plus
• Demonstrated project planning and management skills
a must
• Demonstrated understanding of CIE chromaticity diagrams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with
