JOB SUMMARY
As part of the equipment team, will work on maintenance and repair
of wafer fab equipment including photolithography, thin film deposition,
dry and wet etch equipment, as well as RTA and furnaces.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for performing equipment preventive maintenance
• Trouble shooting and repair of equipment
• New equipment installation
• Perform equipment modifications and upgrades
• Track and improve equipment up time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years experience in semiconductor equipment
maintenance or services
• Demonstrated understanding of electrical, mechanical and
vacuum set up of wafer fabrication equipment
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated
• Attention to detail and quality focused
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a
positive attitude
