At Bridgelux we offer a full range of benefits designed to meet our employee’s needs. The following is a summary of benefits offered to full-time, regular, employees in the United States

Medical Coverage

Bridgelux offers multiple medical plan options for our employees to choose from through either Blue Shield or Kaiser. Included in these plans is a Health Savings Account (HSA) plan which includes employer funding. Full-time, regular, employees are eligible for medical coverage the first of the month following their date of hire.

Dental
Bridgelux offers the opportunity to participate in a group dental plan through MetLife. Full-time, regular, employees are eligible for dental coverage the first of the month following their date of hire.

Vision Insurance
Bridgelux offers Vision Insurance through VSP. Full-time, regular, employees are eligible for vision coverage the first of the month following their date of hire.

Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance (STD & LTD)
Effective the date of hire, full-time, regular, employees are covered under Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance through Unum. This benefit is provided by Bridgelux at no cost to the employee.

Life Insurance
Beginning on their date of hire full-time, regular, employees are covered under a group life insurance plan through Unum. This benefit is provided by Bridgelux at no cost to the employee.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D)
Effective the date of hire, full-time, regular, employees are covered under Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance through Unum. This benefit is provided by Bridgelux at no cost to the employee.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Beginning their date of hire, full-time, regular, employees accrue Paid Time Off at a rate equivalent to 15 days per year.

401(k) Savings Plan
Full-time, regular, employees are eligible to participate in Bridgelux’s 401(k) Plan beginning the first of the month after their date of hire. This retirement savings plan is administered through Great-West Retirement Services.

Gym Membership
Bridgelux offers reduced gym memberships through 24 Hour Fitness.
