WAFER FAB EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to Fab Equipment Engineer, this individual, as part of an equipment team, will work on maintenance and repair of wafer fab equipment, including photolithography, thin film deposition, dry and wet etch equipment, as well as RTA and furnaces.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform wafer fab equipment PM
• Trouble shooting and repair equipment
• Track and improve equipment up time
• New equipment installation
• Perform equipment modifications and upgrades as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years semiconductor equipment maintenance or service experience
• Good understanding of electrical, mechanical and vacuum set up of wafer fabrication equipment
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated.
• Attention to details and quality focused.
• Excellent communication skill with vendor as well as with internal team
