Senior Process Technician

JOB SUMMARY
As a member of fab team, you will work on process development and production wafers processing, as well as wafer fab sustaining as instructed by engineers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform fab process and operations
• Execute and summarize engineering experiment
• Support production wafer moves and disposition on-hold wafer fab lots
• Respond to daily tactical issues to assure continuity of supply of product to specifications
• Collect and analyze production and product performance data
• Monitor and improve process capability, cycle time, yield, cost, and quality

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Hands on experience required in photolithography, metal evaporation and sputtering, PECVD, RTA, dry and wet etch.
• Candidate should have knowledge of DOE and SPC, and have capability of basic data analysis
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Wafer thinning and backend packaging experience is a plus.
