Wafer Fab Operator

JOB SUMMARY
As a member of fab team, you will work on semiconductor wafers processing and execute fab manufacturing and engineering experiments as instructed by engineers and/or supervisors. Both day-shift and swing-shift positions are open.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Run fab equipment and operations.
• Perform wafer measurement and record data.
• Inspect wafers.
• Assist engineers in running experiment.
• Write simple summary of engineering experiment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Hands on experience in any of the following areas, photolithography, metal evaporation and sputtering, PECVD deposition, Thin Flims, MOCVD RTA, dry and wet etch.
• Candidate should have knowledge of SPC and be able to perform Math calculations and data entry.
• Backend process and packaging experience desired.
• Candidates with no wafer fab experience will be considered.
