Test Development Manager – Array Manufacturing

JOB SUMMARY
Manager shall be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing LED Array test equipment in the US and at off-shore sites.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creation, evaluation and implementation of new test equipment for finished product and throughout the product manufacturing life cycle.
• Work with internal development & manufacturing teams to create new test equipment and associated devices.
• Work with equipment manufacturers to design new and improve existing equipment to improve defect visibility leading to enhanced process yield, operational efficiency and throughput.
• Networking and integration of test equipment into existing and future autonomous monitoring & reporting systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 7 years experience in LED, semi-conductor or related industry, high-volume manufacturing test development engineering.
• Minimum BS in related engineering discipline.
• Willingness & ability to travel internationally for extended time periods.
• Skills in communication and in all MS Office programs.
