Senior Reliability Technician

JOB SUMMARY
This position will support the daily operation of high power LED reliability tests. The individual must be experienced, self-motivated. They must be organized to setup, execute, and develop new & maintain existing reliability test infrastructure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct Reliability Testing at Bridgelux facility in Livermore, CA.
• Help setup and define new controlled testing equipment and processes with Reliability engineers.
• Execute Reliability infrastructure builds through many new product processes.
• Detailed plans for new Reliability Test Equipment for test integration.
• Write clear reports and keep schedule commitments.
• Communicate & collaborate test results within the Reliability engineering and team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 5 years reliability test experience with equipment architecture or similar background.
• Experience of test equipment maintenance expertise is a must (e.g. Environmental Chambers/ Opto-Electrical Testing/ MCPCB substrates).
• Reliability test strategy and experience for controlled experiments.
• Good team work and communication skills are a must.
• Experience with organizing a test lab is a must.
• Experience with LED device test processes is a plus.
• LED device reliability testing experience is a plus.
• High level of dedication and commitment to produce good and timely results.
• Self managed and motivated to complete tasks per schedule.
