DUTIES
Apply sound understanding of structures, properties, composition, and reactions to lead material selection and development of silicone lens materials, high power substrate, and eutectic metal stacks for die attach; analyze the process and hypothesize the possible root cause of the problem; analyze and optimize the eutectic process; work very closely with the silicone material suppliers to specify and tailor materials to meet the specific demanding Light Engine's applications; drive the material road map to insure company's Light Emitting Diode products have the highest performance built with the best materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Master’s in Chemistry plus 6 months’ experience.
