JOB SUMMARY
Be able to design, develop, test, integrate and implement solutions using Oracle's E-Business Suite applications and customizations that meet the business needs of Bridgelux. Assure that application design and implementation are consistent with the technology strategy for infrastructure and application architecture. Typical work-related activities include:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide techno-functional leadership in the configuration, customization, implementation, and maintenance of EBS applications in Bridgelux business environment in accord with industry best practices.
• Provide resource and cost estimates for development work.
• Develop measures for timely support and quality control of programs and services.
• Provide production support and trouble-shooting expertise for Oracle R12 Applications.
• Perform root cause, gap, and extension analysis and recommend solution.
• Research and integrate Oracle Applications to meet business requirements.
• Identify potential policy issues in the design of systems.
• Coordinate and facilitate discussions between cross-departmental staff on the design and implementation of solutions using out-of-the-box E-Business functionality.
• Coordinate projects by scheduling tasks and monitoring projects progress.
• Work with corporate auditors to ensure compliance to security policies for E-Business.
• Document E-Business processes and configurations.
• Provide customer support to internal and external users.
• Consult with users to gather functional requirements for managing Bridgelux's corporate resources.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related area; and 5-7 years of software development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience including a minimum of 4 years in Oracle E-Business applications and one full life cycle implementation of E Business. Strong techno functional skills and knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite technologies and applications such as: Inventory, Bills of Materials [BOM], Work In Process [WIP], Shop Floor Management [WSM], Manufacturing [MFG], Purchasing [PO], Order Management [ONT], Materials Planning and Concurrent Manager set-up in an Oracle 10g environment. Strong PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle RDBMS, and LINUX skills; understanding of the Oracle Applications technology stack; and strong written and oral communication skills are required. Must have demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and have experience working on large complex multi-tier applications in a 24x7 computing environment. Be able to travel to other Bridgelux sites when needed.
• Experience in Advance Supply Chain Planning is a plus.
• Working Experience in WIP/OSFM is a plus.
• Preferably High Tech industry experience.
• Chinese speaking is a plus.
