Reliability Program Manager

JOB SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for the development of new high power LED reliability programs. The individual must be experienced, self-motivated, and creative to lead novel LED reliability analysis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Program management / team management.
• Drive timelines & cost models for reliability infrastructure.
• Create complex data analysis for strategic decisions in support of long product lifetimes.
• Develop & release new testing processes that support next generation LED development.
• Develop others and drive a team to excel at reliability analysis for high power LEDs.
• Detailed characterization with statistics (e.g. lifetime predictions through accelerated life testing with confidence interval).
• Write clear reports & make crisp presentations of results & conclusions to management.
• Communicate & collaborate work within the engineering groups & across the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• BSc. with relevant experience in reliability test statistical analysis.
• Equipment / vendor procurement experience required.
• Materials expertise is a plus (e.g.silicone/ phosphor/ ceramics).
• Optical/Electrical test measurement experience is a plus.
• High power LED experience is a plus.
• Team management.
• High level of dedication and commitment to produce good results.
• Good team work and communication skills.
