Quality Technician

EXPERIENCE
5+ years of quality/process technician experience. Self motivated individual with in depth understanding of quality systems and controls. Complete understanding of process and quality controls in a manufacturing and development environment. Ability to troubling shoot quality related issues and work side by side with multiple groups of the origination. Complete understanding of auditing, validation of processes and process controls are required. Experience in high-volume manufacturing environment a plus.

EDUCATION
BA degree in Technology or science or degree from technology school.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Quality audits manufacturing:
- Process controls - sampling / data collection correct.
- Process documents - following documented procedures.
- Material integrity.
• Incoming material:
- Inspection / measurement of incoming materials.
- Validate vendor incoming data.
• Outgoing quality audits:
- Inspection / measurement of out going finished goods.
• Documentation:
- Review / validate documentation.
• Training:
- Assist in training in quality / process.
