JOB SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for the development of new high power LED packaging. The individual must be experienced, self-motivated, and creative to lead novel LED packaging.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Project management / team management.
• Drive timelines and cost models.
• Complex data analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and release into mfg new processes that support next generation pkg development.
• Develop others and drive a team to excel at process for high power LEDs.
• Detailed characterization with statistics=> confidence interval.
• Write clear reports and make crisp presentations of results and conclusions.
• Communicate and work collaboratively within the group and across the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• BSc. with relevant experience in high power LED packaging.
• Materials expertise is a plus => silicone/ phosphor/ ceramics.
• Equipment /vendor procurement experience.
• Color and or optics experience.
• Team management.
• High level of dedication and commitment to produce good results.
• Good team work and communication skills.
