Process Technician

JOB SUMMARY
This position will execute the process development of high power LED packaging. The individual must be experienced, self-motivated, and “hands-on” to setup, execute, and characterize new and existing processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in the build strategy => DOE etc.
• Execute builds through many new process.
• Help setup and define new controlled processes.
• Support Reliability and characterization builds / analysis.
• Detailed characterization with statistics=> confidence interval.
• Write clear reports and make crisp presentations of results and conclusions.
• Communicate and work collaboratively within the group and across the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 5 years LED experience or similar background.
• Familiar with DA / WB / PnP / molding and other LED process.
• DOE strategy and experience => controlled experiments.
• Materials expertise is a plus => silicone/ phosphor/ ceramics.
• Color management is a plus.
• Team management.
• High level of dedication and commitment to produce good results.
• Good team work and communication skills.
