Process Development Engineer

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for product and process development to deliver solutions which improve performance, color consistency, binning yield, good reliability and manufacturability of high power LED products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and transfer new processes that support next generation high power LED products.
• Responsible for automatic die attach, automatic wire bonding, solder reflow and also support silicone/phosphor jetting.
• Design, execution and reporting of experiments for product development.
• Develop solutions to improve the performance and the reliability of LED products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• M.S. in the sciences or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in LED, semiconductor or related industry.
• Process development experience.
• Ability to understand and predict process capability utilizing statistical analysis software such as JMP.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a positive attitude.
