JOB SUMMARY
New programs adding into Bridgelux portfolio will require focused management during the development and manufacturing launch phases. Specifically, the Matrix & Street Light programs will be coming on line during the Gen3 ramp and will require focus to ensure success while so many other resources are dedicated to Gen3, Gen4, echo & others to follow.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate shall be responsible for leading global strategic operations-related teams to bring new products from concept through to high volume manufacturing. Candidate will work closely with product development, manufacturing, equipment and logistics to ensure timely delivery of quality products enabling customer satisfaction and company profitability of new products.
• Manage critical new products throughout their entire life cycle from Development to Volume.
- Responsible for on time delivery of materials sourcing, specifications, process capability, manufacturability, product cost, yield and volume.
- Lead cross-functional teams to close key deliverables and Phase Reviews during the product life cycle.
- Define and implement metrics and systems supporting the new product introductions into manufacturing.
• Manage integration of new product manufacturing processes into existing operations.
• Develop new manufacturing resources and partners where needed to support the product launch.
