JOB SUMMARY
The Jr. Patent Counsel position involves guiding the company’s IP strategy and making a difference in the world.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing of patent preparation and prosecution, ensuring proper Information Disclosure Statements, drafting patent applications and responses as needed, and working on a wide variety of I.P. related tasks.
• Contract/Agreement work, Competitive Analysis and Due Diligence analysis shall be required as needed.
• Must be an active and registered member of the USPTO.
• Must be a self-starter in a rapidly changing environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering (Semiconductors) or equivalent degree and at least one year working as a patent practitioner.
• Excel experience is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a positive attitude.
