Equipment Engineer – Array Manufacturing

JOB SUMMARY
Engineer shall be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing LED Array manufacturing equipment in the US and at off-shore sites.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluation and implementation of new equipment.
• Work with internal development & manufacturing teams to create new equipment and associated devices.
• Work with equipment manufacturers to design new and improve existing equipment to enhance process yield, operational efficiency and throughput.
• Networking and integration of equipment into existing and future autonomous monitoring & reporting systems.
• Work closely with facilities, EHS, local authorities and contractors to safely install equipment into US and off-shore factories.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years experience in LED, semi-conductor or related industry, high-volume manufacturing equipment engineering.
• Minimum BS in related engineering discipline.
• Willingness & ability to travel internationally for extended time periods.
• Working knowledge of factory equipment monitoring systems.
• Understanding of NFPA 70/79 and SEMI standards for equipment safety controls.
• Skills in communication and in all MS Office programs.
