Customer Service Representative Asia

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Operations, this individual will provide Customer Service and Support to Asia customers and associated cross functional teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, enter and advise customers of order acknowledgements.
• Set-up new customers in Oracle system.
• Schedule customer ship dates based on inventory availability and prioritized customers accordingly; Need to allocate sub bins in Oracle system.
• Modify order mix with inventory shifts.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics team to insure shipment accuracy.
• Update Logistics team with customers changing delivery demands.
• Work with Asia Sales Directors, Distributors and/or Direct Customers to assist in resolving customer delivery issues.
• Operate under CRM system requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Cross check all orders with published price lists and/or quotations.
• Mandarin speaking a must.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Oracle and/or other ERP/CRM knowledge and expertise.
• Customer Service experience.
• Attention to detail a must; good with math and working with numbers.
• Determine validity of quality claims and issue RMA’s as appropriate.
• Revenue maximization at month-end.
• Provide necessary reports to management team.
• Work off hours as necessary to provide full support to customers.
• High school/college education.
