JOB SUMMARY
As a member of the Bridgelux Array Operations team, you will lead and supervisor the Array Pilot Line assembly technicians on semiconductor unit assembly and execute product manufacturing and engineering experiments as scheduled by Production Planning & Control.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruit, select, train and appraise performance, administer wages and salaries of subordinates. Determine assignments of hourly work force.
• Assist Director of Array Operations and other manufacturing supervisors in establishing production targets, day to day and shift breakdown of these targets.
• Accept reporting responsibility as defined by your manager. Understand flow of materials through the Product Line and inventory targets. Anticipate materials and resources needed to prevent production delays.
• Assist in setting product quality criteria. Follow up on all processing and testing procedures to ensure that product quality conforms to specifications.
• Work with R&D and Marketing to ensure the fast and effective transfer of new products and equipment from R&D into pilot production and eventually into high volume production.
• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of security measures and safety standards consistent with Bridgelux policy. Work with Bridgelux facilities engineering to ensure conformance to OSHA standards. Responsible for the general housekeeping of the Pilot Line.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Supervisory and/or engineering experience in product assembly operations, planning and Lot Tracking systems.
• Candidate should have knowledge of SPC and be able to perform Math calculations and data entry.
• Candidate shall be capable of writing & publishing reports to management team.
• Experience with ERP systems desired.
• Wafer Fab and Die Fab process and packaging experience desired.
