PHOSPHOR ENGINEER

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for phosphor materials selection, characterization and qualification. Process development to deliver phosphor solutions which drive improved performance, color consistency, binning yield, good reliability and manufacturability of high power LED products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the selection, characterization, application, reliability testing and development of new phosphor materials for LED lighting products.
• Improve the color consistency and the color binning yield
• Develop new phosphor deposition technologies

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• M.S. in the sciences or engineering.
• At least 2 Years working Experience working with semiconductor packaging.
• Experience in Process development, SPC, documentation, product development.
• Experience working with LEDs or phosphor materials or phosphor application highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a positive attitude
